Frequently asked questions and other helpful tips

Stuck on sign-in? Make sure your browser is allowed to open the Speakflow app when it prompts you. If nothing happens, return to the app and try Sign in again.

Script not updating? Your desktop app shares your web account. Confirm you're signed into the same account, and that you saved your changes.

Voice scrolling not following along? Voice mode needs microphone access. Check that Speakflow is allowed to use your microphone in your system settings.

Window disappeared behind another app? Always-on-top is on by default; if it seems off, reopen or re-focus the Speakflow window.

Keyboard shortcuts

Speakflow Desktop captures keyboard shortcuts globally, so your teleprompter controls work even when the window isn't the active element on screen. The same shortcuts you use in the web teleprompter apply here.
