Personal Information We Collect

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

• “Cookies”: Data files placed on your device or computer that often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit www.allaboutcookies.org.
• “Log files”: Track actions occurring on the Site and collect data such as your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
• “Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels”: Electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.

Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and/or phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we mean both Device Information and Order Information.

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We use the Order Information we collect to fulfill any subscriptions placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

• Communicate with you.
• Screen subscriptions for potential risk or fraud.
• Provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services, based on your preferences.

We use the Device Information we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address) and to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site and assessing the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

Sharing Your Personal Information

CG3 Media, LLC (d.b.a. Speakflow) employees may access personal information as needed to provide and support the service. We may use your personal information to complete user authentication, fulfill application services, or collect and analyze service usage data.

When you explicitly connect Speakflow to a third-party service, such as an AI assistant through our Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration, Speakflow shares only the account, workspace, script, and label data requested through the tools you authorize. The third party processes that data under its own terms and privacy policy. You can disconnect the integration and revoke its access at any time. Speakflow does not sell script content or share it with third-party services unless you initiate or authorize the connection.

We may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful requests, or to protect our rights.

Do Not Track

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your Speakflow account from the Speakflow mobile apps: open Settings, select Delete Account, and confirm the deletion. You can also request account deletion by emailing team@speakflow.com from the email address associated with your account.

Deleting your account revokes access and deletes your scripts, script history, recordings, videos, and connected sign-in credentials. Remaining personal profile information is removed within 30 days. Speakflow retains a non-personal account record only to preserve database relationships.

You can delete individual scripts and videos from their menus in the Speakflow app without deleting your account. To request deletion of other specific account data, email team@speakflow.com and describe what you would like deleted.

Data Retention

Any information you enter on the website is stored indefinitely until you delete it yourself or request to have it deleted through customer support.

Scripts created or changed through an authorized integration follow the same retention rules as scripts created directly in Speakflow. Speakflow retains OAuth authorization records and limited security and operational logs as needed to operate and protect the integration. Disconnecting an integration stops future access but does not delete scripts already saved in Speakflow or copies retained by the connected service under its own policy.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
