Frequently asked questions
How do Speakflow and Teleprompter Pro differ for web and cross-platform vs onset hardware? +

How do recording approaches differ? +

Both can record video. Teleprompter Pro records directly on iPhone and iPad and supports up to 4K on compatible cameras, Auto Captions, virtual backgrounds, Portrait mode, and Studio Light. Speakflow also records video and puts more emphasis on the workflow around it, including external uploads, sharing, scripts, and video feedback.

How do team features differ? +

Speakflow includes real-time script editing, comments, workspaces, and timestamped feedback. Teleprompter Pro can sync scripts between Apple devices and lets several devices join the same remote-control session. It does not currently document comparable team workspaces or review tools.

How does each work over Zoom, Meet, or desktop apps? +

How do Speakflow and Teleprompter Pro handle scrolling? +

Speakflow’s Flow can follow your speaking pace. Teleprompter Pro uses adjustable constant-speed or timed scrolling and offers physical and device-based remotes. Its current documentation does not list voice-following scrolling.
